The Welfare of your child is our chief interest. We will do all within our power to help your child grow physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. The goal of Pilgrim School is to compliment the home and church. This is done by helping lay the foundation so that your child may find his/her place in God's world intellectually and supplement the home through providing a situation in which your child may develop under the guidance of an arranged environment and trained staff. Experience is the best teacher, so our program seeks to give the child developmentally appropriate experiences. When children play, they are thinking, and thinking is one of the abilities our school seeks to develop. Educationally, the school is responsible for creating an environment conductive to individual student's growth. Self-esteem and interpersonal social skills are emphasized in the school program. In addition to and academically oriented curriculum, each child is taught responsible citizenship. We accept any child whose needs can be met in our setting.
